For example, you can set a password for editing the document, and also for viewing it altogether. If you choose to set a password for editing the document, you can also choose the options you want to allow. For example, you can allow the user to print the document, but not to modify or copy it. Although many of these options are available in Adobe Acrobat Professional, this little program will be useful for those people who only have Acrobat Reader or who need only some basic functions for working with PDF files.
